At Aloyogae, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund on products bought through our website.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is made within 60 days from the date of delivery of the product.
  • The product is returned in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The product is not a final sale item. Final sale items are clearly marked on the product page and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the refund request.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the product(s).
  3. Package the product(s) securely, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the refund is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s) (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will confirm that the product meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days from the date of inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued in USD (United States Dollars) to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exceptions

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the defect or damage, and we will arrange for a full refund (including return shipping costs) or send a replacement product at no additional charge, at your discretion.
  • Incorrect Items: If we shipped you the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect item. A full refund will also be offered if you prefer not to receive the correct item.
  • Late or Lost Shipments: If your order is significantly delayed (beyond the estimated 6-12 business days) or marked as lost by the courier, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and offer a full refund or reship the order, depending on your preference.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Final sale items.
  • Shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
